When you create an account we store email, name, and password (irreversibly hashed). If you sign in with Google we only use email and profile information. For guest use we keep temporary session data. Room interactions (room name, duration, participant list) are processed to provide the service.

Your data is used to provide the service, maintain security, manage your account and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data for marketing purposes.

We use necessary cookies to remember your session and preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data. You can request deletion by closing your account. Contact us via the contact page for any questions.

If you turn on "Conversation summary" in a room, only your own microphone is transcribed, in your own browser. Audio never reaches or is stored on our servers; your browser may send it to its own speech service (for example, Chrome to Google). Our server receives only the transcribed sentences, which are deleted once your session report is generated and within 24 hours at the latest. Your sentences are never shown to another user. Your report is visible only to you; the room's shared summary contains no names or quotes. Report text is kept until your account is deleted. The feature starts off every time you enter a room and runs only when you turn it on; in sessions where you leave it off, nothing is transcribed. To have the record of your consent removed entirely, you can delete your account or write to us.

Your premium subscription is billed through our payment provider Paddle, and Paddle is the seller. Your card details never reach us; Paddle takes payment on its own page. Paddle tells us your subscription's status, period end date and amount; your name, email, country and billing details are processed by Paddle for invoicing and tax purposes. The raw content of the notifications we receive is kept for at most 30 days, then deleted. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page; when you cancel, you keep premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
